Smoky Vegan BBQ Tofu Ribs
These tofu ribs are smoky, firm, full of flavor and super cute! They are really easy to make too. I grilled these in a pan then inserted the skewers, but I think this would also be delicious if made on an actual BBQ grill. Pairs great with some corn on the cob, vegan baked beans and potatoes!
