You can multiply the ingredients as desired to make a bigger serving size. I used rotini pasta, but you can use a different type of pasta if preferred. You can also use Italian dressing instead of the vinegar if desired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:16px\"><li>Pasta (16 oz)<\/li><li>Sliced black olives (2.25 oz)<\/li><li>Tomato (1 whole diced or 1 rinsed can of diced tomatoes)<\/li><li>Avocado (1 chopped)<\/li><li>Fresh chopped green onion (2 stalks)<\/li><li>Lemon juice (1\/2 lemon)<\/li><li>Nutritional yeast (1 tbsp)<\/li><li>Onion powder (2 tsp)<\/li><li>Garlic powder (3 tsp)<\/li><li>Parsley flakes (1 tsp)<\/li><li>Dill weed (.5 tsp)<\/li><li>Cajun seasoning (1.5 tsp)<\/li><li>Balsamic Vinegar (3 tsp)<\/li><li>Olive oil (5 tbsp)<\/li><li>Salt (as desired)<\/li><li>Fresh ground black pepper (as desired)<\/li><li>Crushed saltine crackers (optional for topping)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:16px\"><li>Boil the pasta as instructed on the box.
