No stove, super easy, kid approved, and great for packing quick lunches. I love pickles so I use all different types, but you don&#8217;t have to do this as I know a lot of people hate bread and butter pickles (I used to be one of them lol). I love it on some Dave&#8217;s Killer Bread with some Vegenaise, yum! Don&#8217;t forget the black salt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:15px\"><li>Extra firm tofu (14 oz)<\/li><li>Green onion (1.5 tbsp)<\/li><li>Dill pickle relish (1 tbsp)<\/li><li>Sweet pickle relish (1 tbsp)<\/li><li>Bread and butter pickles diced (1 tbsp)<\/li><li>Onion powder (1 tsp)<\/li><li>Yellow mustard (1 tsp)<\/li><li>Stone ground mustard (1 tsp)<\/li><li>Turmeric (1\/2 tsp)<\/li><li>Kala Namak (Black salt) (1 tsp)<\/li><li>Lemon juice (1 tsp)<\/li><li>Smoked paprika (1\/2 tsp)<\/li><li>Vegan mayo (4 tbsp or as desired)<ul><li>I use Vegenaise<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Salt and pepper as desired<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Directions:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:15px\"><li>Drain the tofu and cut into 1\/2 inch cubes<ul><li>You do not need to press the tofu but you can for a more firm texture if desired<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Put the tofu in a large bowl and mash it with a potato masher until most of the tofu becomes a crumbly texture<\/li><li>Dice the green onion and add it to the bowl with the tofu<\/li><li>Add in the remaining ingredients and stir<\/li><li>Top with salt and pepper as desired and serve!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Watch me do it on YouTube!<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed alignleft is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"EASY VEGAN LUNCH!
